For all the piggy backs…..
For the times we bathed together, thanks to that single bathroom u refused to expand….**
For saving that corner on the bed between you and the wall…
For all those secrets you let me in…..
The times you covered up for me and ended up on a row with mom…..
The times you sat up for my exams with cups of steaming tea to wash away my sleep….
For standing by me…..
For never telling me what to do but letting me figure it out myself….
For times u knew I was wrong, yet let me learn the lesson
For comforting me after the lesson, never once using “Told you so!”
For all the tears that you hid from me, the tears that I couldn’t hide from you
For the rows faked in front of mom to get my things done……
The times u knew I was lying yet u let me……
For the trust u have in me……
For being the hero that you are.
For teaching me to be the source of strength when I felt weak
For being my pride n my friends’ envy and letting me show you off
For being my friend…….
For listening to all the crap I had to say …..
For making me who I am today…..
I still prefer your stories to panchatantra…cos panchatantra does not teach you to kick ass when life goes brutal…

yea 'twas mother's day..but i feel my dad did most of the mom stuff for me...so i felt it justified to wish him on mother's day....
